Calm and serene place away from the city. Beautiful sounds of birds in the morning and an expansive garden to walk in. Food quality is good. Do let them know if you do not eat spicy food. The best part of our stay was the very quiet surroundings and the oh so comfortable beds and rooms. Everything worked fine in our room. Staff is super helpful and caring. Hope to come back here again.

No Wi-Fi, room service was slow and person who delivered the food to us was blaming us that because he was serving us in the room one guest left.. SERIOUSLY!!! In restaurant there was a trainee we asked how much time it will take after placing the order because I have 6 months baby her rply was pehle order toh do aap next ques was how many chicken pieces will be there thn she replied jitne hote hai . Matlb attitude seriously.. it took 30 mins so no one can seat for 30 mins in the restaurant with small baby when we booked the room we asked the front desk lady that because of marriage will services will be slow she clearly said no service will be same don't worry. And the problem which m I m sharing here most of them shared in the review but no action has been taken. Extremely bad experience.

I had an excellent stay here. Hotel is very silence, I slept very well, comfortable bed and good shower. The best for me was that I could see a Indian wedding for the first time, that was very special for me! Also it was my bday, and the staff bought a cake and flowers for me. This is a huge property. You will get a big Palace theme room. But somehow I feel rooms are not very well maintained. Hotel management needs to look at washroom cleanliness. Though I really liked staff's attitude, but service is little slow.

Following things happened with us ..Ac was working but with water leakage inside room split AC ..we used towels on floor to control river.. Tv was not working at all for 3days.. away from Village.. food was not good only mutton was good.. buffet breakfast was ok with Verity of options but South Indian food was stale ..the hotel is not a palace it's a new construction in shape of palace..it's a very huge hotel with two floors..staff is good with lack of experience..I think management is not interested in keeping high paid staff .. atmosphere is more than 100%.. pool is good but they don't serve anything near pool.. room is having smell of rain water or toilet not able to make out. ..but tarrif is low compared to other..but adding 1000 rs if you are getting better service somewhere else make sense..
