Worst ever if it last hotel remain in haridwar do t stay in steed of you can stay at railway station they give you better facilities than these hotel owner tey chages 2100 ra per day it desrive 100 rs per day bye mistake I booked this one
Location is good. Close to Vishnu Ghat. Moti Bazar and Har-ki-Paudi is easily accessible.
Very decent hotel and also, very decent staff, it was 2nd time i stayed in this property..
Rooms are too big but not maintained. Linen was dirty. No direct hot water in room. There is a hot water tap on each floor you have to bring hot water to your room yourself. Found room attendant with cheating attitude. Though hot water free in morning the attendant was asking rs. 20 ber bucket to bring hot water to your room. He mixed hot water with lot of cold water and gave us lukewarm water. I told him to step aside and brought hot water ourselves from the tap. Lift is dangerous. It was breaking down and getting stuck frequently and the attitude of the management was callous. Only one towel per room. No extra provided. Not even by extra charge or even you have more than 1 member in a room. Bed covers found dirty and torned. In the same budget lot of other options are available nearby.
Staff behavior zero Room service zero Room quality zero. Chairs in room looks like 90s timeline. Charge very high. Every time you call staff for water or bedsheet change they refused. Manager is also lazy and rude. They may be best in 90s but in current time there is lots of cheapest rooms available with very good services. Serch nearby hotels. Now there is lots of another hotels.
Very Old type infrastructure...rooms are very dirty... Take too much peak period charges....3000 for double bed room...
I stay at room no 405 ie. very good also hotel Manager Mr Sarwan Kumar is very cooperative & well mannered. But room services is now not up to mark. Also location wise this is very good & worthy.
Pro - Very well positioned. 2 mins walk to Vishnu ghat and shopping options are just outside. View is awesome from rooms. Staffs are helpful. Con - Hot was supply was limited and rooms get very cold at night. Roads are dirty. No towel and hand soap given for bathroom.
