Awful hospitality.. Worst ambience although hotel is quite big.. But absolutely no maintenance. Service is absolutely terrible. Will not recommend.
Not bad, according to the price. But the workmanship is done by unskilled labourers. Eg- Inverted sowers touching the roof, improper wardrobe etc. This is a result of not involving technical person. Really feel bad to see the wastage of the hotel owner.
Average service.Rooms were better earlier but now it seems like hotel is doing cost cutting.

One of the worst and low maintained hotel that I have ever seen . It is overpriced and doesn't provide the amenities that it should provide at this price point. Rooms are dirty, a fusty smell is just rovering around the rooms and the clothes are also very untidy. A total waste of money. Moreover, the parking spot is way too horrible because whenever it rains the drainage water clogs and comes upto your ankle level which makes it almost impossible for a person to park a car in their basement parking.
The behavior of the receptionist is worst. I called up for booking a room. The response is " I am new so I have to talk with the manager" . But no response. Ekdom faltu serive. Faltu english. I dont know why they try to be so smart as they are not at all. Hotel business bhal jen paisu, advance booking korile pattai nidie.
Rooms smells, toiletries not available, drinking water and towels are asked to provide.. Even the geyser was not working and asked me to go to another room to take a shower. Very pathetic , will not suggest anyone..

Hotel is located on 3rd floor and in proper town. Mostly everything is available nearby. River Brahmaputra is just 10mins walking distance from the hotel. Overall experience is good.
