It's really a good residence. Rooms are very clean and the atmosphere of this hotel is superb and rooms are very large and comfortable. This hotel is very comfortable for all Families, friends and also for couples. It's near beach so it has good view. Busstand is near this hotel and also many bars and restaurants are very near by so definitely it will be a good place to stay and enjoy our weekend and vacations. Hotel has all facilities to keep us comfortable. So it's a correct place. Hope so..

Management has to value customer. Once time is out you can't ass customer to get out immediately. Over all it is ok experience. Rooms are clean. Only issue is management behaviour with customers. Hope they will chnage this and make customers happy. It is near to calngute beach .and there are lot of shopping options close by. Good place to stay
Good hotel, ambiance and cleanliness. Comfortable to visit all near by important places. Specially bus stand is near to the hotel and it is better to have an advance booking cause we didn't got the room once. Compare to the other similar hotels this hotel is affordable and cheaper to stay in Goa.
This hotel is near bus station so this is Very noisy place. the noise does not end even at night. the rooms are clean, there is no fridge. Could not pay by card our accommodation. the staff is friendly but speaks poor English
My problem is not with the hotel but the chain of fabexpress itself. We were forced to choose this hotel as we were told that the hotel we booked earlier is no longer registered with fabhotels and they don't have any other options available. Coming to the hotel itself, the hotel provided us the best room that they had. But the room was no way matching the high tariff that we had payed. The location is shoddy, the place is swarming with people and the rooms are not properly maintained. I consider myself being cheated by fabhotels. Chose wisely and carefully.
I stayed in month of feb, I felt as per amunities they provided,the Cost was much higher even in non seasonal time. Instead service was very good ,very much sutaible for family stay.Its location is much closer to Calangute beach,you can enjoy early morning sunrise and well to spend fresh morning time on beach.i was nice stay with u Thanku..
