HOTEL PRESIDENT - Hotel in Chittorgarh - Chittorgarh, India

Horrible hotel with zero security and service. Bathroom, room, something like wardrobe, bedsheets, door, bathroom door were dirty and old. I had to use wet napkins to desinfect the rack to keep my suitcase, the door knobs, and the toilet seat. The inside lock in room 222 was broken. In Room 222 the bathroom drain was blocked and water started pouring into the room. The hotel is huge but nobody stays there. The guy who is supposed to check people entering the hotel, didn't even check us. Literally anyone can enter this hotel at night and door lock was broken, so zero security for boarders! The manager/owner folded my Aadhaar card to take a copy in his old defunct printer copier machine! That's is outrageous!!!! The hotel is huge, empty and very spooky at night. We managed to stay because we had own bedsheets. The charging points of the rooms were either broken or placed far away from the beds making it inconvenient to charge our devices! No hot water, no wifi was available TV was not working. There is a huge wasp hive in the house next to this hotel. The wasps from this hive were coming into Room 222. Room 222 had no bin. Everything. Nothing to like in this hotel.

The worst experience in India after 3 weeks traveling around and staying in places with similar prices. Bad and really old beds, pillows, toilet and everything. Not clean and bad attitude of the staff. No towels, no soap, no toilet paper, no wifi. I really don't understand where the 3 stars come from (maybe because ther is un elevator). Near the bus station. Far away from the fort. Check out at 11am, not flexible, you should pay another day

Awesome location near the bus stand and Chittorgarh fort within few kms and also affordable price makes it attractive, perfect place for budget travelers

Hotel was so big haveany rooms having all modern facilities but now working like lift no wifi and no idea about CCTV cameras.owner is ok need to be proper cleaning and maintenance. Linen should wash . Hotelnis closed to prime location RSRTC bus stand. Sadly located and accessible. Just waking distance from bus stand . hotel situated near roadways bus stand. bathroom wasn't that clean expect that every thing was good .

Very worst hotel. No facility available in this hotel. No water , no power back up. Mattresses are very interested comfortable. Double bed condition very bad. No table, chair in the room . TV not working proper. Very bad experience with this hotel. Hotel vinayak palace is better.

Cleanliness much needed than desired. Mostly drunkards place . Soundproofing so bad that you can't sleep. Linen was fair but used. TV hardly works. Avoidable

Worst hotel experience... Blood stains on the bed sheet... no pillow covers and pillows have saliva stains... Hotel looks like brothel... broken and chocked Taps, toilet seat cover doesn't stand upright, you have to hold the seat cover while using it... dustbins are not cleaned and smelly... Behaviour of owner was so rude... I complained to Oyo support...Owner came to my room arguing why I complained... One of the hotel staff was taking videos of other female guests....when asked he run away... Please take serious actions... worst experience ever....

Hotel is very good , staff behavior is cool, room clean is very good.... But some problem faced with oyo at booking time... After discussing with Oyo problem is resolved... Please use goibibo for hotel booking... No any problem faced with goibibo last 2year...
