Hotel Presidency Landmark - Resort hotel in Daman, Marwad - Daman, India

Very slow Service. Staff did not co-operate with customers complaints. They do not have solutions if anything goes wrong. Personally worst customer services I had it till now and I will not prefer this hotel for next visit neither suggest friends/family.

Don't Go to this hotel,worst experience ever 1) Thier Swimming pull is Only For to Attract People , seems for long time they didnt changed the water. 2)Hotel Bathroom is very poor ( They have broken shower , Handle is broken , Sometime Water not coming in washroom) 3) Unhygienic room,its smell so dirty 4) Room size and lift is soo small and not cleaned. Its waste of money,in this price you will get much better option instead of this hotel. The only good thing i liked about this hotel is they give early checkin and also lobby area is good comparatively other things.

There is nothing in room, towel, soap. The room smells so bad and nasty. There is no parking if you are staying. The rooms tiles wore broken and no water was coming out of the bathroom. The bed was so uncomfortable. Dont stay here and save your money because you dont get what you pay for.

We had a stay at 1st October 2023 at Presidency Landmark. There were 'n' number of factors which made our stay very unpleasant. 1. Uncleaned room - which includes used towels from previous guests, unchanged bedsheet, unchanged doormat 2. Ceiling fan was not working 3. AC was not functioning property, as in we were not allowed to set the temperature according to our need. We slept without AC all night. You can ask the caretaker who was there at midnight pf 1st October. 4. Jet spray was not there in the bathroom. We fixed it up in the bathroom by our own. We booked in at your hotel to get proper sleep that was only for 6-7 hours but that also didn't happen We did have a conversation with the members at the reception and they said us they can't do anything. We are highly upset about such kind of service from such reputed hotel We expect them to give us the full refund. Please let us know the further steps.

The only good thing about this hotel is the restaurant and food. All other things are bad. The hotel is not well maintained, staff is not friendly in fact I found the manager very rude. I had booked a room from a booking app where I had selected the superior deluxe room with pool view. When I went there I was given a different room. It was not a pool view and the room size was also very small. When I confronted manager he said the room i selected was subject to availability and he told me to stay if I want to. I found that very rude. I was traveling from another city so I didn't had another option but to stay. Even to get the room service we had to call the reception 3 times. Please avoid this hotel. It's not a 3 star hotel like mentioned on the site.

Hotel is indeed a good place. Great ambiance. Great service . Restaurant is a big mood spoiler. Worst restaurant in the hotel. Visit hotel often. Avoid visiting restaurant.

I had booked 2 rooms and stayed for two days. The hotel is located on the main street. However I will suggest avoiding the stay in this hotel because of following reasons: 1. The rooms and hotel is very old. Rooms has bad smell and looks like they are not cleaned for many days. 2. Lift stinks and poorly maintained. 3. Service is very bad. We ordered the tea and the same was served after one hour inside the room. 4. AC was leaking and entire room was filled up with water. But they denied to change the room.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were good and breakfast was also good, only that the breakfast was repetitive.
