Rooms were good but Wi-Fi was not working properly as it was connecting and disconnecting frequently. Food is good. In Breakfast, only fixed dishes were available. Response rate of workers was slow. If I rate this, the overall hotel is ok.

Such a worst response from front end booking.. Even after booking confirmation they are not able to give room.. They are doing it many times.. And they do ABB Emp as well..and we suffer searching rooms near by in early morning.. They think every time rooms are full.. So they can do this every time.. And all the people..things will Change.. One day you will be empty..

Really good rooms for the money we are spending. They provide dental kit, soap, shampoo, bath towel in ur room. Lots of cupboards , hooks are available for keeping cloths. Electric kettle is also available. Daily they will clean the room and provide sugar, coffe/tea bags, milk powder. Complimentary breakfasts are top notch in quality ( Its a Veg restaurant). During evening time, famous indian snacks and chats are also available in the food stall in front.

Good and convenient hotel and restaurant in Jalahalli. Rates are competitive and value for money. All Rooms are equipped with Air conditioner, hot water, wardrobe, free wifi. They also provide complimentary breakfast. Payment can be done by cash , card and other UPI payment options. Attached restaurant serves pure vegetarian foods. Brekafast, lunch and dinner can be from the restaurant. There is also a snacks counter from there we can have snacks like pani puri, bhel Puri etc.. ATM is available near by the hotel and famous Agarwall bakery also sitaued near by the hotel

Just a normal place to stay for a day or 2 other than would be difficult. There is no parking space for the hotel only 2 cars can park infront of the building. Most of the time the bikers will take over the parking spot if it so you need to wait until they come in and take them over from the parking space. Same case for taking out of the vehicle, someone will park back side of the vehicle so need to call the lobby guys and ask them to move out. I have booked for 2 rooms with cost of 2.5k/ day and the check in and out consider like 24 hr not like 12.00 pm is the check in and 11.00 am is out. That is convenient for the customer's. Room with normal setup, nothing much bit dusty and old room. The building is located just side of the heavily traffic road so bit difficult to take in and out the vehicle.

All the rooms are well maintained. The pricing is also economical with the kind of service experience provided by the hotel. You can easily reach the location by 5 minutes walk from Jalahalli metro station. From KSR Railway Station, you can reach here by taking a local bus.

A/c was leaking water, no action from the reception even after raising the issue with them. WiFi was not working, getting connected and disconnected continuously. Staff were unprofessional.

Recently we had booked 3 rooms for 5 people. And the day when my guests were supposed to check-in, they cancelled the booking and didn't even bother to call us. The reason of cancelling the booking was that they had some earlier group booking previous day and they arrived next day. If they came late why my guests should suffer?? we would have really appreciated if they could have a done a separate arrangement for my guests without leaving them midway and ensuring that they had a comfortable stay. Its a highly unprofessional behavior which they have shown. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
