Safe parking, tasty breakfast, but asking more rate than website room rent
One of the best rooms in bhavani. Well maintained, room service is good. You do not have to miss your morning work out. Yes, they do have gym facility. Rooms are really good. And also near by hotels, atm, hospitals available.
Morning they will provide complimentary breakfast. For lunch and dinner you have to visit near by restaurants. If you want hotel staff will get it for you. Rooms were fine.
Behaviour and attitude of the receptionist staffs are very bad. Rooms are not worth of the amount paid. Not ready to adjust a little about timing of checkout even it was for a 8 month old baby.
Beautiful, nice and clean property, at economical price, the only draw back is parking. Rooms are clean and hygienic, they serve complementary break fast with very few items but it is ok, food is tasty and kitchen is very clean, Service is good. I recommend this hotel to stay while you are on business trip.
Arrogant staff members... I tried to asked for two rooms for two bachelor's.. as they clearly mentioned bachelor's are allowed but they directly said if u r married then only allowed. At frst they said rooms are allowed after that they said it's full booked .what nonsense.this is how u handle your valuable customers...even they could handle the situation professionally also but manager was talking too harshly..worst I will give 0000 because of behaviour of the staff ...it's oky to say No nicely..be professional not arrogant.
Rooms are just decent enough. Service is worst. Ok for 1 day in this small town. It is strange way operating AC and water heater. New need another key to switch on heater. If water heater is on AC will not work. Lift is NOT working. They have place for car parking. The employee can be more friendly, service oriented. No good restaurants nearby, go to Bhavani or Pavis hotel.
Rooms are fine, But too cramped for a family to stay. Also the Water Heater was not working. Have to improve their services better.
