Pathetic service no support no service no good food no power backup. Hotel not maintained upto condition hope you don't put yourself in the mess.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms were provided and the service was also good.

Nice and Descent Hotel, in heart of the city. One can plan a stay over but not more than 2 nights as rooms are small. Hygiene is OK as per it's Rate list. Staff will make you comfortable. Toilets are not up to the mark, so do carry arrangement according.

The staff was polite and friendly and service was also good. But most of the day the lift is out of service due to no electricity and Wi-Fi shows no Internet most of time.

The PR Jammu is a quiet haven in the heart of old Florence. The hosts, Anna and Andrea made us welcome even before arriving by organising reservations for the Ufizzi and Academia for us, a must if you want to avoid standing in long queues. My wife and I booked for four nights at the end of September. I booked the suite and it was fabulous. The extra space was great. It was vey clean, open and filled with plenty of reading material; up to date guide books, art books, novels. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The balcony with its view of the Arno River was just perfect to sit and have a wine as the sun set. The continental breakfasts were plentiful and each morning we were greeted with fresh coffee. The information on the Hotel Alessandra website is accurate; the hotel is only five minutes from the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. It is right is the heart of the action in Florence.When you are tired of the people crush you can go back to the hotel and enjoy a bit of quiet before setting out to see the next fabulous attraction. A great little hotel, with a very friendly and attentive staff. If the suite is available lash out, you won't regret it.

I stayed in this hotel for one night when we came to jammu for a family trip. The experience was very nice. It is located at a busy and visible location. *Decor The hotel has a very modern and eyecatching decor. It is pretty contemporary. *Rooms The rooms are not very sizeable but are warm and clean, one extra bedding was also provided, which was included in the room charge. The washrooms were clean and sizeable. *Service I loved the service. They were quick on there feet, also they were very warm and welcoming. *Charges The room charges were economical and every penny spent was worth the time spent. As a whole it was a good experience.

The front side rooms overlooking the main road are good. Staff is quite courteous and looks after the seniors well. The adjoining restaurant serves piping hot fresh food, tea and coffee. I like the location and hospitality of the hotel.
