I visited the hotel to see my friends from Mumbai. The hotel has excellent location, with well maintained premises. The staff at the reception are disciplined, and courteous.
Location good. Budget hotel. Staffs are little rude and non cooperative.
Rooms are good and well maintained. Hotel is not directly opposite to The lake but serves as a good option to stay in a peaceful area.
This hotel is located near Dal lake ghaat no-9. Location is the biggest advantage. Rest other things are average. Hotel staff is co-operative but basic things like dental kit etc is not provided here. Overall decent budget hotel.
Location is great, 1min walk if you want to stay close to the main area (Dal lake) Rooms are average for the price.

Pros- The location and the room was pretty good as well. Cons- The staff. They were very dismissive. Asked for a pillow but had to go without one for 3 days, asked for a chilli during dinner but didn't get any. The manager is all talk and that's all there is to him. The restaurant is horrible. Beware ,the plates are super dirty, also I got sick from the food. Oh and the first floor is probably only for big tour parties so they'll just lie to you and give you a room on the ground floor.
The location was cool and great but the reception person always had no for any question he was not helpful .they should have been more courteous.
