The hotel is an old one so the rooms are not exactly up to the mark, but serves the purpose. Alteast getting new bedsheets and towels would've been better. The price could've been lower is what I feel overall. Wifi is not so fast, the service is ok I guess.. we just stayed the night so not much to tell about that. It's a decent stay.

Don't go by the rating here. Not a good option. Worst experience, The male receptionist was not courteous. he was rude. Bathroom is in very bad condition with foul smell and the fulsh not working properly. All around cockroaches. Bed sheets are full of stains. Fans are there but no regulator. Hot water is there for a specific time only. Very noisy place couldn't sleep as we can hear people talk and dogs barking all through the night.

Worst experience, enquiring for a room. The male receptionist was not courteous. he was extremely rude. Will never recommend this place. We wanted to check in one night at 10.30pm, and wanted to use their facility for a meeting till 2.30 pm the next afternoon. They have wifi. Their policy is check out at 11.00 am. Even big hotels extend when there is a request. We asked if he can extend till 2.30. He could have responded no. He said there is no way to extend and you need not make the booking in the rudest tone possible.

rooms were good. AC outdoor unit giving more noisy. Hot water not available at 6am and even at 6.30 we have to waste 50litres of water to get normal water. Taps leaking in bathrooms.

First about the hotel: The Hotel is close to the new bus stand, convenient. But, away from the traffic, more of semi residential area..clam during the day. They need to refresh their linens and towels - completely worn out. Maintained but needs a big time face lift. Clean wash room. Had requested a room facing the Staff and checkin - courteous staff. Hazzle free checkin. Location: This is what plays as a spoiler. The approach to the property is a mud road, though only 200 meters from main road it has a lot of pot wholes, worst when it rains and the drains stink. While you still try to stay optimistic about the experience with the staff and try to get a good night sleep, the worst realisation - the hotel is next to a bar and folks have to discuss the worldly problem after getting out ...very little the staff can do about it...that my friends gets the most wanted thing post a tiring day (sleep) off the window and you regret the request for a front facing room. Not a choice for next trip to Salem.

Stayed at the Pearls for 1 night. It was quite nice, bed comfortable, linnen clean. Staff friendly and most helpful, nice sense of humour. The only one thing was the bathroom, shower head was blocked. Forgot to mention when leaving, room at end of corridor 15/16 sept angreezi.

Would recommend for a dressing table with larger mirror and increase the water heater capacity as it is very small and hot water has less capacity had to wait for a long time. Overall Ok to stay.

I am a regular customer in this hotel. Always got rooom. But today 16 Nov 23 i got a ac room, the plug points are they kept in very wrong possistion. Room number 111 and 110 dont prefer. Charging mobile points are not to your bed side.
