We recently had a comfortable stay at Pearl continental and I must say that the environment there is so friendly, excellent and prompt service. Let me specially mention fareed who made us feel so at home with his friendly talks. Moreover chef Rafiq I have no words to describe the food prepared by him and his team. It's delicious, flavourful, yummy and totally satisfying. We anxiously waited for breakfast and dinner to enjoy wat was prepared. Thanks to the entire team you make your guests feel so happy.totally recommend this place
A very nice place to stay. The rooms are quite spacious and the bathroom is nice and clean. The staff were really very kind and responsive specially the restaurant food was too good prepared by Chef Rafiq. The other staff members Choudhury Fareed, Lone irfan and Shafiq were also very polite.
Room was good and clean, staf was helpful, quick response from them but i felt bad for basic thing like "Hot Water" as we all know electricity problem in Kashmir, pearl continental have backup for light but if there is no power then no hot water, i faced this situation. Heater somehow we can manage but there should be back-up for hot water also it's my suggestion other than this I enjoyed the stay in Pearl Continental.

Irfan is tbe manager recieved with hospitality Choudhary Fareed is the restuarent manager who arranged proper food and mill for our baby . Food quality also was good with variety of options in veg and non veg done by shafiq.
Excellent service facilitated. Staff members are so polite and manager is also so cooperative. All Chef staffs -Rafiq/Irfan/Altaf/ Alam/Shafiq are skilled for preparing delicious food.
Great and fast service..particularly Restaurant Manager Chaudhary Fareed is very polite and helping..Manager Lone Irfan was also a great help...Food was amazing..chef Rafique..chef Shafique and Aslam Chaoudhary was very well mannered and helpful. I would rate 9/10 as overall experience.
The hotel was very beautiful with a scenic view. The staff was well mannered and trained, Chef Rafiq was very polite and made tasty breakfast and dinner for us and the service from Mr.Choudhary even made it better. He told us nice stories about Kashmir and also guided us where all to go. Overall a very nice stay at a nice place with a nice staff.
