Hotel Payal and restaurant - Hotel in Pachmarhi, Pachmarhi Cantt - Hoshangabad, India

The owner is sweet and humble whereas the staff is rude, they don't behave politely. The breakfast is good, i would recommend having breakfast there, but our experience with lunch was not good infact the man served us the food was behaving very rudely. The rooms are good, but they don't serve tea and coffee as complimentary whereas they mentioned in their services that tea and coffee would be complimentary. The prices are negotiable. The location is good.

Stayed here with family in May 2023 and had great experience and hotel is recommended. Rooms and washrooms were clean and as per the descriptions pictures given. They provide you complimentary drinking water, which is of great help in summer with family. TV , AC and geyser were working fine. Service is good and they are able to help if there is any problem. They also have there own resturant and food quality and test is good and at reasonable rates. There is a public parking available nearby and hotel staff will help you park your vehicle there. Overall great experience at reasonable rates and will definitely stay here in future travel as well .

Lovely restaurant with fresh delicious meal and very helpful staff. They gave us access to their wifi and were able to accommodate our request for falhari food. We did not stay in the hotel.

We stayed here 2 nights. The rooms were neat and tidy, but the ac, tv, geyser, wifi was not working we had to call them number of times, they never denied the service but even after solving our problems, the geyser after some time stopped working ac also stopped working and the tv remote was not working, also wifi was sometimes working sometimes not. We asked for blankets, they gave us uncleaned blankets,we asked for extra pillow they gave us rough and hard pillow. These things they need to improve ! Apart from that, The staff was humble enough, anytime we called they were ready to serve us. We were provided with unlimited breakfast with 2 options aloo poha and aloo paratha, aloo poha was decent enough but aloo paratha was amazing, the next day we got chole bhature and aloo paratha, that too unlimited, but chole bhature was okay-ish, also tea and coffee were served to us. The washrooms were tidy enough. The biggest problem was of the geyser because in winters you need hot water but we could only get lukewarm water, which disappointed us. Overall it was a pretty good stay here.

I have not stayed here but dining the is really promising. The taste is really awesome and service is really good with the professionalism in waiters behavior. Being at hill station, one can miss the experience of have lunch/dinner between nature like proper hotel. But over all from the taste and service perspective it is really good.
