Waiters take too much time to serve the food, overall good family friendly hotel.
Took a room for the day. Prices were reasonable and justified. Rooms are nice and spacious but bathrooms require renovation. Old hotel but well maintained. Near the railway station. In house restaurant. Service was good. Recommended.
Nice rooms at medium range price, location is very good as it is in front of Railway station. Food service at the restaurant is amazing and veg only, I love the taste and ambience.

no wifi. no parking. mosquitos will make your night sleepless. bikes are have to park in front of hotel without security. rooms are dirty. I feel nearby stations platforms are better than living in this hotel

Property is OK. But your charges were higher than what they are charging to customer. More over they have 24 hr. check out time. But for on line booking they are are implementing 10 am check out. Hope you can offer 24 check out time to customer.
Taste of food is good .... staff behaviour very nice and polite ... The one who was taking order was so kind person... Music also good .... The only thing not right was the price of food taste is not bad but even then paying soo much for vegetarian food is not acceptable that's why I'm removing 2 other than price everything is right ...

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. F&b outlet was neat and clean. Food was awesome.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Trinity grand.
