They are just a cheaters... Take money in advance with proper rules and at the time of check-in unable to alot room. Also they dont return advance. This hotel cannot be recommended at all.
Worst experience itni ghatiya services many life me kabhi nahi dekhi. Very bad behaviour of staff and embience and drunken people all around the hotel
Hotel location is good and that's the only advantage. The hotel does not have any restaurant and does not serve any food inside the room. Rooms are good in size but not properly maintained / cleaned. Unhygienic. The hotel staff is also full of attitude and not visitors friendly. You can easily find other hotels and rooms with better facilities and hygiene nearby in jagdalpur. I do not recommend this hotel for staying in jagdalpur.
its budgeted hotel fit for people going for business. room was not ready on arrival though they adjusted in room avob. tea arrangen-ment is poor, inspite of informing in advance it never was provided. fan switch was unservjiceable and door hanger in bath room not avlb though this point was rectified during my stay. they shifted me one day prior to another room which was infected with cockroaches. over all stay was so so and NOT FIT FOR FAMILIES.

I stayed here in September 2020 in peak covid period. I was charged 1400 for a double bedroom. Staff was well behaved and both rooms and our luggage were properly sanitized in front of us. Rooms were neat and clean although there was a little scope of improvement in the toilet. Some fittings in toilet were rusted. For the price they charge they should improve their ambiance. Also, they don't have any restaurant and on demand they will arrange food from a nearby hotel or restaurant. But the staff was well trained and very cooperative. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.
The hotel is reasonable, nothing exceptional. May be sightly more costly than it should be. But people were helpful, service was good. Overall good experience.
