Stay is OK but their food quality is pathetic. They serve stale food (Basa) in room service.

Buffet breakfast was not provided. doesn't match the expectations complimentary things like dental kit also not provided. Lift also working sometimes or sometime not working. Hotel room was Big and clean .Should improve on basic thing for Great Customer Experience

Room was good , service was poor

The hotel picked us up from the station late in the night without any hassles. Coordinating with them was efficient and they didn't disappoint. After a quick check-in, we found the room to be small with very less area to move around. But both the room and bath very clean so that was good. Their - All Veg - the restaurant was open and we had our dinner there. The food was well prepared and tasty. All the staff that we came in contact with were pleasant and efficient. We can recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I had an unbelievable experience with the hotel staff. Nothing extraordinary with the stay but I had left behind an expensive new phone. The hotel staff especially Omveer and Manoj not only ensured they report it with honesty but also took additional effort to pack and parcel me the same with utmost care. This was an exceptional display of honesty and integrity rarely found today. I wish them all the very best for future.

Bathrooms are horrible. Stained walls, algae in the toilet, plumbing very dirty and not functional properly. I stayed there 2 nights, I have to change 2 rooms to get a little less dirty bathroom. Hotel construction is good, the bed was clean, but the front desk staff was very unhelpful. I asked him to give me an upgrade and I'll pay the extra amountP.S. Front desc guy was always busy on phone and all he can do is show you tarrif card.Dirty stained bathrooms and unhelpful front desc.

Newly built hotel.fablous..staff very cooperative & good in behavior. Interior beautiful. Food good.but only veg..no nonveg dishes. You can asked hotel staff to take non veg order from outside hotel. Cleanliness good. Bathroon & shower good. AC working good but its infront of bed which creats problem as cold air directly come into our face.AC must be in correct position.hot water available from start of day. Brakefast should be improved.it should be hot. Overall fabulous hotel..thank u

Very nice hotel and located in the middle of the city, 5 km away from railway station and 1 km from main bus stand. We went for birthday party and booked cake from Zomato because cake facility not available there. Interior of the hotel is good. It has 4.6 rating on go Ibibo. We order blue lagon mocktail there in drink. After we ordered amritsari paneer, mix veg, dal makhani. The taste of the food was good. We enjoyed dinner there and had a good time. Must visit this place here for dinner or lunch. But the quality of the menu card given was not good. The menu card was not original it was printed menu on simple A-4 size paper. Around 30-40 people can do dinner or lunch at same time in restaurants. It also has a hall for party like marriage, reception, birthday party or anniversary. I gave 4 stars overall to this place
