This is my 2nd trip to Kashmir v booked this hotel through the package and whn v reached here my husband was very upset n didn't like it.but the staff was very courteous and nice so v decided to stay for that night n shift early morning. The staff is very helpful and corporative Food served is very tasty and the quantity is also too good .V didn't shift to any other hotel and stayed here for 3 days only coz of the tasty food , corporative staff and location is good it's very nearby to dal lake..but few flaws would definitely highlight .v were 2 families who stayed .v cud here each n every conversation they used to hv in their rooms . Washroom stinks badly v made them spray . Wc is stainy . U won't get hot water all d time. It's available only in morning but staff tries best to help out. .owners need to work on hygiene factors and customers complaints
