Hotel was good but room and bathroom are little broken
Worst service I've ever experienced in any hotel. It is advisable never to choose this hotel as an option.
I booked executive room, Room was good but room service was very poor, TV was not working, asked management to check but no action taken.. location is good, walking distance from bus stand, safe & convenient for couples.. bathroom and room was clean. If you need only a good room at good location then go for it.. I was needed 1 hour extra time from standard check out time but they denied..
poor rooms, no door knobs in washroom, lights are not working properly, leaking taps, bad/slow room service, too much mosquitoes, offline and online prices having too much difference, in the complementary services you have to ask for it and if you won't ask they will charge you. It was an amazing experience visiting here... This place is just too good... This newly opened Air Lounge on the 4th floor of this hotel is simply the ideal place to visit with your friends and loved ones... The interior is too satisfactory and it's too beautiful... The location is accurate... You get an amazing view from this place.... Its rooftop seating is just too good... It was my favourite spot... Also it's a perfect place to capture your beautiful pictures... it's perfect for spending evenings with your friends here... Rooftop seating is perfect for dinner The staff is also friendly... They've taken care of customers' value very well.... It's a perfect place for parties and celebrations.... Surely gonna visit there again as its one of my favourite spots in the city...
Wrist hotel I had ever seen....first they take 100% advance and asking for more money at the time of checkout. Behaviour was very rude and the food quality was also very bad. I strongly recommend not to go.... You will waste your money as well as health.....
Hotel is fine when you look at it and rooms are nice. Staff is really bad and behaviour is disgusting. Very unhelpful and don't understand the word privacy and hospitality. Restaurant is not available. Room service is very bad they don't understand anything in first time and if you want tea or coffee which is the only available thing, order it an hour prior. You really have no idea who is the manager, I have seen four different persons in a day behind the recipient. Don't ever go with your family and specially if there are ladies, girls and kids. It feels unsafe and some of the staff is harrassing and very bad. Not going to lie, I am never ever recommending this hotel for anyone
Arrogant and untrained staff. Stayed for 5-6 days and nobody fixed the room phone. The music on terrace is so loud you cannot sleep before 12:30 or 1 am. They even don't know how to make gst bill and check out took 40mins!
