It was a good stay for me for my affordable or money saving price. But I have seen some holes in Bathroom corners needs to repaired. Overall hotel is good.

My recent stay at hotel Parag was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. I had made a pre-booking, and the receptionist assured me that the rooms would be priced between 1200-1500 rupees for 24 hours. However, upon arriving at the hotel, I was shocked to learn that the price had suddenly jumped to 2000 rupees. Feeling trapped with no other options, I reluctantly booked the room, only to be greeted with a slew of horrific issues. The room itself was a disaster. It lacked proper locks, leaving me feeling unsafe and vulnerable throughout my stay. The bedsheet was dirty, the pillowcase felt like it hadn't been washed in months, and the bed itself was on the verge of collapsing. It was an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment that made it impossible to relax or get any rest. The overall cleanliness of the room was appalling. Everything appeared broken or in disrepair, giving the impression that the hotel had completely abandoned any efforts at maintenance. The room emitted a foul smell, likely due to poor ventilation and lack of proper cleaning practices. It was an unpleasant and distressing experience that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. Perhaps the most distressing part of my stay was the receptionist's behavior. Not only did they overcharge me, but they also displayed a rude and unhelpful attitude. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction only added to the already dismal experience. The service boy, on the other hand, showed more decency and provided better assistance, which was a stark contrast to the receptionist's abysmal demeanor. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for a stay, especially for women. The overall conditions were not only disappointing but also created a genuinely scary and uncomfortable atmosphere. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodation that values cleanliness, safety, and respectful customer service.

It was a nice visit. The staff was cooperative and the rooms were clean but a bit small.

Its a mid town lodge good for bussinessmen at the lowest of prices with a in house canteen serving food and very resonably priced clean rooms its in the midst of the bussiness area of pune any auto will take you there.

Had a very bad experience with the staff. One of the staff person booked room and on my arrival with family at hotel in night 11 other person denied me the booking. With a 2 yr child and wife was left with no rooms and the staff didnt cared. Would rate their service in negative and am planning for a case against the hotel.

Not clear room & not refund policy customer all hotel staff not working sarvesh room is mometing imail

If I were to describe this hotel in just 2 words it would be PATHETIC & UNHYGIENIC. This is the worst hotel I have ever and would have ever booked in my life. No dustbin, no Wi-fi bedding is not even changed. Please look for some other place to save yourself

No water was available. Washroom is neat but not classic , rooms walls are old painted and unattractive. Not recommended for family.
