Hotel Paradise Ganga is a very good property which is situated on the banks of river Ganga and it is a great pleasure to see Ganga from that property. And it is also a lot of fun to sit in the balcony and have darshan of Ganga ji in the morning. And all types of dishes here are very tasty and the fun of the chart itself is something different. And all the staff there is very cooperative and especially the general manager there is very cooperative.

Pathetic is the only word. Staff is completely uncivilized. They are hell bent on giving excuses instead of providing services. Even a water bottle would not reach before 45 minutes. Phone at rooms won't work. Mobile calls they won't pick. Staff at restaurant is doing "ehsaan on you". They don't provide bill at checkout saying it will be sent later but they won't send unless you make dozen calls. Seemingly, They try to evade taxes by not providing bills. Also, the staff there puts your arrival and departure time wrongly , perhaps, giving the staff extra time to sell off those rooms for few hours to earn extra. They will promise there is parking available but once come back with your vehicle you will be made to park on road. False commitments, uncouth behaviour, poor service, and total cunningness.

Old property. Rooms are not at all maintained. Hot water supply is dependent on solar. Washroom, hot-cold water shower mixer is not working and staff is aware about same, still they offered us same room. Excellent location for Ganga Arati.

I am currently staying here when I am writing this.Worst experience of all. The reception staff is absolutely unhelpful, unaccomodating and throws lies. Their charges are high but the quality of food, Service androoms is pathetic. Our room had breakfast included, it was the worst breakfast I ever had. The tea was not good so I asked to change it and they didn't so we ordered chargeable tea which was also pathetic. We are highly disappointed

Too close to Triveni ghar is the only benefit of this hotel. No response on customer call on not working facility. Too, too too poor services I have never seen before. Even they argue on toilet tissue paper not provided with deluxe room. Very bad hotel staff.

Room is okay but AC is little problem in the Summer day. Restaurant(only Vegetarian food) and Cafeteria is good. And visitor's car can parking near Triveni Ghat side.

Small Rooms and maintained very badly. While booking rooms they will accept whatever you say and once you pay the money, you don't get anything. Breakfast was agreed and next day morning they denied stating not applicable and you have to pay extra. Don't book this hotel without having written communication!

One and only best option to have good food good service, good stay although the room are bit expensive but worth spending because of the walking distance to Triveni ghat. Food taste is really nice and staff are very polite
