Other than location its a old hotel, AC remote battery not changed, stayed on 6th December, price not worth for this hotel. While entered into room fungus smelled room, asked for hot water to drink in restaurant it was refused as not available. Break fast was good. Never suggest to anyone.
I've stayed for two days in the hotel. The rooms are clean and they provide good service. They provide complementary breakfast which is really appreciated. The restaurant is also good. They provide tasty food at affordable prices. It is near to Egmore railway station at a walkable distance.
The hotel is located in prime place. Service is good. Breakfast was quite good and tasty. Rooms could have been little luxurious and spacious. Tariffs are affordable only.
Very old hotel. We can clearly see that management tries to maintain at a nominal cost and try to run the show. It's high time to focus on important things. Like replacing rusty iron/steel things inside the bathroom. The mattress is very decent. AC is pretty old and not functioning up to the expectation. All in all pretty average. But the price is on par with the latest hotels with new amenities. You take the call !!!
The food was very good , the breakfast buffet had good options and delicious. The rooms were very okayish like not very worth it for the money we paid. The bedding was old and bathrooms were also not very well lit and didn't have nice look and feel. The walls had little stains and even bathroom titles had stain and the whole room looked old because the furniture there had had wear and tear and looked old . But overall I would say it was decent only because it was clean and the staff was very sweet. Location is perfect because it is close to the station that really helped us because it was raining cats and dogs when we arrived at Egmore. The staff is very polite and sweet and accomodated our extended stay also. The hospitality is good. They just need to improve on the room decor and look, rest is good.
We stayed here for a full day, while waiting for our train in the evening. It was a pleasant stay, comfortable room, clean and tidy bed, functional washroom. They provide bedding, towels, bathing soap. The shower has hot water too. They have packages for hourly rates as well so you don't have to check-in for a full day. The location is great, easy to book transport from this hotel; across the road there is a mosque, some eating places and small shops too. Would definitely recommend this place if you're tight on the budget and want to be near to the railway.
The day I reached Hotel Pandian I remember the famous quotes " Don't Judge the books by its cover" because I have booked the hotel by seeing the hotel pictures it was looks alike like a 4 start hotel, and when i reached hotel was opposite and garbage dumped Infront of hotel its looks dirty. Hotel is very old maybe it is famous because of prior good service but now it was mentioned early check in option but when I asked for the same they denied and asked for extra charges and I had to wait for a long. Overall room was ok not that clean and even bathroom and all amenities are old too its looks dirty.
Place visited with my family. Sharing my experiance. PROS. 1. Location about 300 mtrs from Egmore railway station. 2. Lot of options of various restaurant near by to eat. 3. Easy check in and check out. 4. Okay to visit with family. CONS,. 1. Cleanliness need to improve multifold. Felt there was not enough staff to attend to basic needs. Room was very dusty. Toilet amenties need to improve. Toilet seat cover was very old. 2. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Hotel needs to be more alert to keep the hotel premises always clean where the food is served.
Our experience at this homestay was truly exceptional. The hospitality of the hosts created a welcoming, safe and homely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our stay was marked genuine sense of hospitality. The

As the name implies, the site is located in the heart of Chennai the hotel is a palatial tribute to Southern India's greatest empires - the Imperial Cholas. There are four separate entry points, each with its distinct artistic identity. The hotel wel

One of the hidden treasures. Spacious rooms, very good amenities. Great staff. Decent food. If you seek a no frills stay for short business visits and okay with using only room service for food and don't need facilities like swimming pool or gym, the
