Staff has to be trained how to handle the customer and take the feedback positively. When asked to change the drink or make it little better by blending it again they refused. I asked them to take it back but they left it on table arrogantly. I paid for it as I had ordered. They were not courteous enough wave of the charges or offer the replacement with other drink. My first and last visit to this place.

I had ordered Paneer Makhanwala. Waiter said it would be little sweet to which I said it's OK. The taste was authentic but they had added too many curry leaves and pieces of green chillies killing the entire mild taste that this vegetable is known for and leaving me with spicy mouth in spite of managing to remove 95% of them.

We visited here near 12.30 pm for pav bhaji but it was not available at that time .. so we ordered misal and had the worst experience.. misal was for 120 rupees, quantity was so less even pav was not included in misal, we have to order it separately for 20 rupees .. misal was so expensive and not even worth it... So disappointed..

This restaurant is situated on busy JM road. The food quality and here has been amazing since decades. Couple of years ago it got revamped. This place is always busy as it is located in commercial area. We had pav bhaji, tea, bread butter, cold coffee. Nothing to complain about. Everything was great. Parking can be an issue during rush hours but there's a guy assisting you for it. Parking is available right in-front of the restaurant

Awesome experience, after a long time visited this place and had Pav Bhaji, Veg Tava Pulav.. Same authentic taste, preparation, presentations... 8/10 Overall I would rate.

I always love to visit this place for eating my favourite dishes. If you are looking for Tasty and variety of food options then must visit this place on JM Road, Pune. On weekends you have to wait for some time in the evening , because this place is filled with all food lover's

This hotel gives extraordinary service and yummy meals...one of the famous restaurants around the town. The meal served rapidly and rates were reasonable. Delicious food.Highly recommended.
