Adjust Palace!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst hotel experience i ever had. Actually i was supposed to stay in "Inn Residency" but When we arrived at "Inn Residency" they informed us there are no room available for us even though i paid an advance amount. Then hotel owner(Same owner for both the hotels) sent us to "Palika Palace" , rather i call it as "Adjust Palace". After arriving in this "Adjust Palace" reception lady informed us she too doesn't have any rooms available for us and i called the property owner, then after 10 minutes of discussion we came to a decision that for one night we have to adjust in a room where only 2 people can be accommodated. The worst part is owner had put the extra mattress on floor and told us 2 people can sleep on same bed!!! Finally somehow managed to put 2 mattress in the room but we faced few more issues. In bathroom latch wasn't there, bed sheets where uncleaned, it was actually a spare room. :( Next day we got deluxe family room, the room was big but the same "adjusting" scenario for many things like AC, bed sheets and bathroom quality. We had to compromise on all these because the demand for other hotels at that time was too high. :( I will recommend this to a family as we were all bachelors we somehow managed.
Just ok but not worth the money. Front of hotel and side is dirty with lots of flies.could have been kept cleaner surroundings. Rooms are ok. Breakfast on rooftop is superb. Good staff
The rooftop dining area has an ecstatic view. But that's where the positive aspect ends. The toilets are very dirty and unhygienic. The food, as said by others, is inedible and horrible. We had to change our hotel after the first day because of the food.
Palika Palace Hotel is very nice hotel. Cheap and best service hotel in port blair. Here all staffs behavior is too beautiful, foods. We're recommended to our family, friends and other person who are again to visit in this hotels. .

Only Zero Star for this hotel. Default 1 Star so I gave it. Bad Hotel with AC not working, Door not latching correctly. They only concentrate on money. They wont consider the best for the customers. Food is not good but the price is very high. I request all the travelers and agents do go for this hotel. Its waste of your time, money and energy.
Rooms are good. Room service & Room Boys are very helping. Management is very bad, I mean very worse. They don't provide wifi, they bring new rules if you question them. Not a happy place to be, unless you want to ruin your day.
