Hotel Pal Heights - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

I attended one marriage party. They have lots of variety. Non of them are tasty. Feels like food items are prepared 1 month back. 1 o 2 items are exceptional. I ll not recommend to have such food

The check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean and well maintained. The mattress was comfortable. The TV refused to come on either from the remote or even directly using the buttons. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic. There was 24 hours of warm water. The shower was great. The only problem was that it didn't drain water well and I stood in a little pool of water after a while. The buffet breakfast in "The Breeze" was excellent. So is the restaurant. Lots of greenery, it's airy and it's huge. The service was impeccable. I didn't get to try any other meals there. The checkout was again quick. I feel it's really worth the price for what one gets

Food is good. Good ambience. Parking is a problem. Spencer store located in basement has good collection of merchandise, but they bill you on M.R.P, no discount

I have stayed in this hotel for uncountable times. Location of the hotel is excellent. Among room categories Grande rooms are excellent but TVs (in all rooms) and some fixtures need refurnishing. The hotel has got ample parking space which is a plus for guests travelling by their own car. Service needs a little bit of improvement, many a times items from room service menu are unavailable. The hotel has got a small but buzzing night club, gym and a spa (both shared with the adjacent mall belonging to the same owner group). The mall adjacent to this hotel is a small one but one of the oldest in Bhubneshwar with a few popular food joints like Dominos, which gives the guests freedom and choice of food options. Breakfast spread is excellent. Breakfast is served in their rooftop restaurant Breeze which is an excellent venue for all day dining also. Overall, the reception and the restaurant staff are very hospitable.

Zero networth, 5:45 am ac switched off at lobby, they switch off centralised ac in the lobby and the reception manager said , will start by 7:am, full of mosquito. Is this really a 4**** hotel? Cleanliness zero at washroom

Very bad experience, the rooms smell. They are dirty. The washroom is dirty. Even the food is bad. For the price, they dont even have enough parking. Very high price for a basic hotel! I would suggest going for a mariott or ITC option instead

Poor service. Unresponsive staffs. They claim it to be 4 star hotel, but services are of 2 star.

Bad stay experience, rooms are not maintained properly, except the receptionists and Gatekeeper , all the room service and Housekeeping staffs are non responsive, i have informed the room service guys for a water bottle , he informed to the house keeping , but no one brought it. Then after one hour I had to call the reception and informed then they brought it. I didn't feel that this is a 4 star hotel. I would not recommend anyone this hotel.
