A large landscape, big rooms, wide corridor, wide balcony, big bathroom, homely service makes Hotel Padmini a unique one in my eyes. Being a nature lover I loved the hotel. Here I can have a morning walk in the lush green fields(they have 3 grounds inside the campus), I get up in the morning listening to the bird's chirping. Most amazing scene is when you see 1000s of parrots flying after a healthy night sleep on the branches of the trees inside the hotel. Though they take time to cook your food, but it's worth once you taste the food. It's delicious. A must visit place with family having kids.

I read some of reviews where people mention sternness/non responsiveness of staff. But they also mentioned that these are very nice people also. I totally agree with that staff is nice and this is all about misunderstanding of their behaviour patterns( a bit blunt in nature). All and all a good experience. Before you start evaluating the hotel, you need to understand the nature of Chittor hospitality. The locals are a bit dry and stern in nature which makes them a misunderstood lot. They don't give you overly courteous warm smiles but work where it matters. I see a lot of reviews criticising the rude staff of this hotel. I'd say they are nice but a bit laid back. This heritage property is luxurious and turned out to be a pleasant surprise in that budget. The rooms are big enough and the spacious interiors are full of heritage items. The food tasted healthy and homemade and the service was sincere. Did I say laid back? Yes, this is the only down side. Being a huge property, some things, like elevator light remained non working, due to which I had to use mobile light to find the floor buttons. The evening shift manager is mostly glued to his mobile but that mobile also serves as the reception phone. So every time I called, the phone was busy (yes there is no phone in the room, you have to call by your mobile). He forgot my order a couple of times. The Nepali waiter barely understood hindi/english and it took an hour to find the right remote for my room ac. But overall it was a pleasant stay. I saw a Nepali girl in the outdoor cottage room that they call spa. I doubt something else was going on inside but I will leave it for now.

The hotel is good, well equipped but the management is slightly off, the food wasn't good enough and could have been better. The staff and waiters were fine not much interactive. Since we were there for a sports tournament we were somehow not treated well for what reason I don't understand. Basic soap shampoo wasn't there in the bathroom and the geyser was not installed. No telephone for communication, even no cleaning service was done.

Very good service and facilities for family, good location in city.

This hotel is located in Chittorgarh at Capasan road, mera by Bedach river. Majorly this hotel is famous for fat Indian marriages.

Hotel was fabulous, moreover one of the service man was so kind and helpful my all appreciation goes to that person
