Best experience in Srinagar till date. Best location as walking distance for Dal gate number One. Very humble staff. Room and bath room are very clean. Food quality is superb.

I stayed there with my family for 4 nights, it was horrible experience. Breakfast they offered was not good. I won't recommend it to anyone. Negligence of staff was on top, arrogant behaviour towards guest. It was very noisy during night.

I stayed here for 3 nights and booked it via phone communication before coming to Srinagar. I feel it is not good for staying more than one night, rooms are smelly and the exhaust of the bathroom was not working. Even the hotel lobby is dull and smells very bad. Staff is helpful though. Room height is very short at Max 8 feet. I was about to get hit by a fan while lifting my hand. Better to book near Krishna Vaishno Dhaba if you are pure vegetarian, there is only Mamta hotel near this hotel for pure vegetarian food. Attached photos of the hotel which are very dirty.

They claim it's 3* hotel and had certificate from go ibibo 4.5 which is terribly wrong , hotel standard is 1*. Hotel rooms were ok ... there were holes in wall and cracks in bathroom tiles and room walls ... curtains were too dirty ... I don't know when was the last time they cleaned kettles, you can not make tea coffee in that .. ohhh there were no coffee powder .. dinner and breakfasts was included but that was for name sake ... dinner was still ok but breakfast was pathetic .. only 2 times in breakfast no fruits .. to the surprise one day out of 2 items they served maggy.. during checkout the tea coffee payment was taken without receipt and was taken directly by manager in his account. Do not ever book this hotel.. we spent 3 nights with bad experience.

I did a big mistake to book this hotel for my guests Can't define in words how it feels, disappointed with this property and recommend no one to Stay over there

Felt claustrophobic. Room are good in area but height of ceiling is very low. Just by streching I was able to touch ceiling. It's on main road, sound of traffic was heard during night. I felt like sleeping on road Stay here only if you haven't booked in advance and it's peak time. Otherwise it's better to book near ghat 14-19.

Mr.Bilal was very helpful and cordial, going out of the way to provide solutions when we found the food not satisfactory. Overall an enjoyable experience,just wish the food was better

The place is at a very prominent location . Walking distance from Dal lake Ghat 1. One can find restaurants and shops very nearby. The staff were polite , the place was very clean and well maintained. The location and amenities were good. Easily accessible and just on the main road . The rooms were very comfortable with heater and hot water ( morning 7 to 10 and evening 7 to 10 ).
