The owner is more interested in flexing about the recent marriage he conducted in his hotel than listening to your problems. edit reply to the owner- Thank you for your response. We appreciate your prompt attention to our message. However, we would like to clarify a few points regarding our previous communication. Firstly, we apologize for any misunderstanding. We did not mean to imply that we were not provided with a contact person's number or that we were informed about items left in the room. We understand that your housekeeping team visits at 01:00 PM daily, and any items found are deposited at the reception. We appreciate your standard procedure in handling lost and found items. Regarding the items we left behind during check-out, we specifically mentioned that we had returned to the hotel to collect a charger. Unfortunately, during our visit, we encountered an elder gentleman who claimed to be the owner. Regrettably, he did not show any interest in checking the room or assisting us with our request. Our concern lies not with the price but with the way we were treated in this particular interaction. We would like to emphasize that we didn't make anything up. If there is any confusion, we encourage you to verify the details with the individual involved, who claimed to be the owner. We are certain that this will help clear up any misunderstandings. Our intention is solely to address the issue we faced during the follow-up visit to retrieve our forgotten charger.

Staff (Vikram's) behaviour is so rude. Asking money for Single Blanket.. looting too much money from outsiders.. Don't go there..

Located near ISBT, Rishikesh, Hotel Paayal is a good stay at feasible prices. If you're looking for rooms under budget, this is a perfect place to spend a night or two.!

Everything is good but the staff behaviour is worst, as if they take you for granted. Otherwise it's a good hotel.

the owner is a greedy guy, First of all in his dictionary means Basement means dormitory. then what I was charged for the same. then I was offered an upgrade to a single room at a 100 rupee premium. then the owner says you need to pay 200 more to get that room, since I had already paid which was non-refundable, I had to accept his terms. so I paid 805 for the room which to my surprise was super dirty. I asked them to clean it before I check in, he said that the cleaner will come in a bit, but he never came even after repeated requests. so overall it was a poor experience which is why I Kind of didn't like here in Rishikesh.

Hotel paayal is one of the best hotel in rishikesh, their services are amazing. Rooms of Hotel Paayal is really good. Their food are amazing. View from the Hotel Paayal is mesmerizing. I should prefer to visit Hotel Paayal once.

The staff and person in reception were so friendly. Had rough nights in sonprayag and kedarnath because of staying, but hotel paayal have best affordable stay in rishikesh. Writing this review after searching few places in nearby area before coming here. Thank you

I liked the stay, they even provided food at reasonable rate. it's 1.5 km walkable distance from sita jula. overall good experience.
