Worst Hospitality, current on bathroom fittings. If you are going to stay here never book offline they say the hotel is houseful and at the same time there was enough room showing online.

Worst room ever visited Was waiting in reception for 30 min. No one showed up Called there staff but they ignored Even visited there restaurant but they also ignored the customer

i checked in at 12 o clock night checkin was hassle free and they upgraded me to suit room. i travel alot to shahdol first time i tried this hotel and had a very beautiful stay thanks to manager MR suman. love it

Hotel has average amenities , at a very good location , didt find very tidy. staff seems cooperative , as compared to the facilities tarrif is on the higher side

I got good deal from goibibo for this hotel. rooms were clean food was tasty staff was friendly. will definitely come back again.
