We have stayed for a day at this property lets find what was our experience.Pros :-1) Property is situated at very decent place. Family-Friendly environment.no that much of traffic. you can spend your time peacefully.2) Well Trained Staff. Always ready to support you.3) Ample of space present in the property.Attached Lawn.you can have a walk if you want4) Greeneries can be seen in the hotel premises. Variety of plants are present. Very good atmosphere5) If you are planning to visit Maihar Devi then this place will be very suitable for you.as the same road goes to maihar too.6) Property is situated in the main market area.7) Newly built property.Rooms looks very good & decent prima facie.8) Premium Washroom Fittings of CERA & JAGUAR and geyser also available for hot water.9) Hotel having their kitchen. They dont have a menu..you have to ask them what you wanna eat.they will prepare it for you.10) Staffs are ready to corporates with you.they have provided us tea early morning at 7.00 A.M.11) AC & NON AC rooms are available AC rooms costs Rs & Non AC rooms costs per day.12) Room Coolers in NON AC rooms works really well you can opt for NON AC rooms its sufficient.13) Parking Space available.14) Non AC rooms having balcony which is very much appreciated.15) Premises is having a shiv temple beneath a old tree which makes the atmosphere more vibrant.Cons :-1) Small Rooms.not at all recommend if you are not comfortable in it.2) Rooms are not having wardrobes. Despite of a 3 star hotel.3) T.V. do not works as their DTH are not recharged.you have to press them again and again for watching television4) They don't have sufficient water.if you will ask them for water. they will provide you the same. But maximum times they are out of stock of water hence its recommended to look up for your own water backup5) Go for swiggy if you want to eat something as no nearby good eating options are available .and in night time you have to suffer for food.6) No mosquito repellent is provided. Mosquito will sting you throughout the night.7) only 2 soaps of third quality will be provided to you per room. Which is not at all worth for bathing.8) No toothpaste is provided. Please Carry your own.9) Property remains almost vacant..not that much priority.10) bedsheets are torn or have patches.11) Washroom exhaust doesn't works.12) No sanitizers were provided.staffs were not wearing masks...no covid 19 protocol was followed please opt is on your risk.This is all from the review section.Happy Staying

Everything was okay but wifi signal in rooms were very weak, There was TV in the room but it's of no use because cable connection wasn't available so TV was just show piece. There was cooler available but water in cooler tank was empty. Geyser wasn't not working.

For a place like Satna, this hotel is surely a recommended place to stay in. Actually it's a marriage hall with 20-30 rooms of accommodation. Built up and parking and garden's are very nice. Rooms are very neat and tidy and clean. I did stayed for one day and felt it right decision to make my stop here. It's is just walking distance from Police station and Banks and markets all around. only 4 stars due to no lift and lunch/ dinner facilities in there.

Room was tidy. Washroom was clean. Charges are nominal. Management is good. A small kitchen to serve you. What else do we need?

Good quality at reasonable prices

A very good place to stay.clean and spacious rooms. Hotel staff is very cooperative . Location is very good.All the main markets are near to this place and very convenient place to geta a auto or Cab.

Very awful experience .The worst room service that can be offered is actually offered even drinking water is not provided neither ac is properly working. Overpriced rooms are there. Paid drinking water is provided. Go for another hotel in the same price they will provide definitely better service than hotel omkar.
