Worst resturant ever visited. If you ever think of having a dinner here, just don't. They make you fool. The food is overpriced, and literally the quantity is worst. The worst resturant ever visited.
Rooms are very small against room tariff. Foods are also delivered from outside. AC and TV not working. Very unprofessional.
We went to restaurant in afternoon for lunch but to my surprise it was full empty with no one. Never the less we ate food with too long wait time for just chapatti and mushroom curry. Very poor and pathetic service. Extra oil and too spicy spoilt the appetite.
A nice hotel to stay with different ranges of rooms. It is located just opposite to Silchar Civil Hospital having good communication facility.
The room was good but unprofessional room service..they ddnt even clean the room properly when asked for the room service . They mentioned for complimentary breakfast bt none were provided in 3days stay there and the reason they gave was itz Durga puja n the staffs were still sleeping ..we ordered breakfast 1nce bt the paranthas were too thick ..the night before Dashami songs were played throughout the whole night till 7 in the morning couldn't sleep for the noises it created and when asked to the manager to turn the volume down the reply was it's dashami so we cannot stop it ..

One of the best hotels to live in Silchar.. Rooms are great, hotel services are great, the rooftop restaurant is great.. had an absolute blast when I visited the last time I met with my friends here in Silchar..
I have checked in both Ac & non AC rooms, earlier in the month of july 17 there was not so well room service boys, but while in the month of Jan 18 I visit their, I was too happy to see one service boy. He was very prompt, helpful & professional.

The corridor of the Hotel is fine, when we booked a super deluxe room, Restroom don't have any toilet paper and the water is very dirty. The food and services quality they provide is not according to the standard. The Hotel is not accessible to wheel
