Hotel Nilay Residency - Hotel in Bhubaneswar - Khordha, India

Visited the convention center for a ring ceremony. The location is easy to access via car and there is ample parking space around the area. It might get a little crowded as their is a good junction near by. The good served at the catering was fine.

The service of this hotel was terrible.room including washroom wasn't clean, even after complaining about it the staff didn't manage to resolve the problem. one of the staff named raja had put acid on washroom and disappeared,after calling the manager that guy kept staring at the customer.And next morning they had served idli which was dry and cold. Would have give it zero if i could. Worst customer service in Bhubaneswar.

Me, my father& other relative stayed at this place for a week. Overall rooms are in decorating condition. Service is ok, need to remind them or do follow up for requests. Looks like hotel is tending downwards in their service over year's. Anyway you get what you paid for..

very bad experience as these two mattreses were provided for third pax, as additional mattress. Initially one mattresss was provided which was later supplemented with another such mattres, extremely hard and hardly 1.5 inches in thickness had a good pain in the back last night. The people at hotel are citing policy reasons for this. No other solution. This is when it was prenooked for three pax. hotel staff is flexible and is able to understand the customer's problems. Otherwise it will dent their reputation and valuation. wondering how I will spend another three nights. Might change the hotel.

Location is good, rooms okay, But very poor quality food, my friend found worm in her food and we had to go out for dinner that night. shame We can stay here but we should go out for food. .!

Budget hotel with basic services. The room was not found clean. Found a damp wall for water percolation through it. Though they immediately change the room without any questions. But again I found the same problem in the new room also. Breakfast is complementary but items are limited like puri, idly, poha etc, bread butter etc. The behaviour of the staff is very good.

Decent services, rooms are little overpriced per what they offer. Food is good and reasonably priced as well.

All mentioned amenities available. Staff behavior was good. Reasonable requests were met, requested floor mat for Bathroom, was provided within 10 mins. Running Hot water available. Complementary Tea packets with Electric kettle available. No disturbance. Outside food is allowed.
