1. No Cleanliness - haven't cleaned from previous check in made them change bedsheet infront us. 2. Delayed service 3. Food quality is very poor - Chapati was more like papad, rice of poorest quality. 4. Service system - for breakfast they made us wait extraa hour inspite of inquiry abiut thr timing, management is poor.
Well about this hotel, It will be a very good option if you want a budget friendly hotel to stay in Srinagar,Rooms are quite nice, Food is really awesome, Good in taste!! Staff is very cooperative!! No cleanliness not recommended for family. Might contract infections from their loo. Food is of lowest quality. You may find street food better than the one provided by them. Also the management is very poor, haphazard no time management.
We had a stay at Hotel New Prince Inn for 4 nights in the month of january. The staff members are very helpful and coperative. Rooms are spacious and hygienic. Food quality is very good and tasty.
Worst service.. never choose this option. Food is so bad.. same dal for 4 days , bread butter is so hard to bite, tea is bitter in taste. Overall neverever go to this. If you ask for milk for kids, they give it in 2-3 hours and they mix so much water in milk, no one can drink it. One glass costs 2 cups of milk- 30 lrs per cup means one glass 60rs. Plus milk and water. I was totally scammed by these guys.
We Stay hotel for 3 nights. Rooms books through make my trip. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel staff polite and helpful.Food is available in hotel restaurant. Food was good in taste. Room service was also good.Needs to some improvement in the Cleanliness in restaurant. Overall everything is good.
