The entrance to the hotel is quite narrow. I hope they have a good evacuation plan in place. Their starters are good,but the main course is average. Their prime location is what keeps them in business.
For a city that has limited industries or tourist travel, Narmada Jackson has consistently maintained it's superior quality over last ten years that I have visited the hotel. Good rooms, beds are nice, Room AC is good, Room service & House keeping is prompt. Their resturant serves excellent food and awesome breakfast. Their fast food resturant is top class, huge menu and very tasty. Suggestions: Some rooms have bad terrace view on higher floor, that the management should take corrective action by beautifying the terrace, by making green zones. Also, smaller rooms have shower curtains that leave lot of water on the floor, should be replaced with shower cubicle, its a small cost. Check out time of 10am is not right, it should be made 12noon as per national standard. Rest all great.
Excellent hotel in Jabalpur. Visited here many times. The staff is very polite. Hust 5-10 min away from the railway station.
I have checked in today i.e. 16/10/23 in hotel in room no 309 and hotel is so noisy and entrance from the road is so crowded with people and cars. I had to get down on the main road and walk upto the hotel reception. I wish if I could record the noise and post it in this review. I will never recommend anyone to stay in.
A must recommended stay as we had a great experience with our family and the service was excellent and staff behaviour was also very good. A must visit place and experience.
I stayed last week, which is very nice place. Property is very beautifull near railway station , best choice for stay ,but the food is tasty so i recommend eating there itself.
I have visited all restaurants in Jabalpur and I must say the food is very good. As I am from Jabalpur so don't get a chance to stay in this hotel but I have checked the room. It was awesome clean and well maintained.
Worst experience ever.. Plz dont go there in summer.. Restuarent is not Air conditioning at all.. If u go there then u have to wipe ur sweat by one hand Not good at all.. Not recommended
