One of the worst places to stay in and around Kashmir. Please never never never visit this place. Unhygienic, Smelly and Dirty EVERYTHING right from corridors, bathrooms & kitchen. Dirty linen, dirty/smelly washrooms, pathetic wardrobes, age old furniture. Rude Staff, dirty corridors and what not. Over this attitude of reception attending to problems is so bad.
Excellent service, Nice ambience and supportive staff ( Madih & Khalid ) Must book this hotel if your are planning to stay in Srinagar. One more things, the food menu are diverse and delicious. And rooms service and heating services is top notch.
It is old unkempt hotel, floor was full with dust and unfriendly staff. Chairs and tables not enough for guests during breakfast and dinner. We were standing while having meals. Need to be more organised.
We stayed here for a day. We booked four rooms. The rooms were clean. Good food. Service was good.
Hotel is good but the people are quite unprofessional.Rooms were pre booked . The reception fellow was very arrogant lakes simple manners. Food and services are horrible.
