The structure of the place is abit old. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Though the hotel requires some repair. The hotel just opposite to Chittorgarh railway station. The staff was polite on the whole a descent experience.
Very poor and unhygenic hotel. Gutakha splitting in gallery, room are not properly lock, dirty bedsheet, also the toilet flush not working, night reception boy take extra money without any proper service. 200 rs like budget rooms
I checked in on 21st October 7:00Am and checked out at 22nd oct 9:30Am . They total charged me 3208rs . Initially they told me that one room charge is 1400 and i checked out little , instead of charging late check-out charge they are charging full day extra charge. Loot mchao hotel. Do check before come here.
I have a really nice experience here. The staff are amazing. Quick service. Rooms are well maintained. The buffet is super tasty. The menu is veg only. You get one news paper, one shampoo,one hair oil & a soap for each night. The best part is they have facility of morning check in & out.
The staff is very helpful and available round the clock. Parking and lift is available. Located at the centre of the city. It was a pleasant experience to stay there.
Room was smelly! And it was very highly priced too. The only reason for which it deserves One Star is because it is very close to the railway station and since the whole city sleeps at 9-10 PM, and no auto would be needed. And that It has lift.
Very Dirty Rooms, Bathrooms not working properly, wouldn't recommend this to anyone since staff is also disrespectful and don't want to listen. Only point is location in front of station rest not worth to stay.
Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Food is just ok. Unlimited breakfast does not include coffee though they serve tea or milk. The manager charged extra for coffee.
