Very comfortable stay. Staff has good behavior and provide satisfactory services. All rooms are clean with great view of mountains, and has all basic amenities. However, all rooms lack ceiling fan and room heater, a basic requirement in extremely cold and summer season.
Room was very good.. service was not although.. I didn't like the foods provided by the hotel which was absolutely in our package. It was cooked in unhygienic manner and sometimes they provide previous day's meal along with the fresh meal. But the location is good. We will surely get a full view of the place.
Spacious rooms with magnificent mountain view. Though situated at a distance from M.G Marg, the service and the quality of stay along with the amazing view make it a much better option if one has priorities for these over shopping.

Rooms were quite good with great view. Staff behaviour was cold, often times reluctant to co-operate. Pillows had stains. We booked a double bedroom but the room had a single towel and a single glass, with no complimentary tea or coffee sachets.
Rooms are spacious. Staffs are nice baring the manager. Location is so remote area one way taxi fare for MG Marg is Rs 40/- for a person. Not recommended for accessibility to the heart of the city.
Hotel was good and the rooms was also net and clean but the service of the staffs and employees was disgusting.I will suggest you to go to Sai Residency,it is a part of this hotel but the service of the hotel was better than the Namselling Retreat.Rooms was also good to stay.
The hoteliers are cheaters!! If you ever happen to go on a package with them they will just rob you off. Their concierge services are the worst and most of the rooms are pretty small. Also you will have to climb 7 to 8 floors through stairs in order to have a tea, coffee or breakfast dinner. Their bedsheets are full of stains and blankets sting. Rooms are filled with cockroaches creeping up from here and there. I do not ever recommend this property.
