Good Hotel, located on the road in center of city at Jehangir Chowk, they never force you to take cab packages from them in your srinagar trip. Breakfast provided is north indian veg and good quality. Parking is free in basement. Lift take you to the hotel that is available on 3rd floor. In below floors there is a small mall functioning with all restaurant and shops. Only thing I disliked is that they close Wi-Fi after 11 PM and AC sometimes simply doesn't work. Very neat and clean rooms though.

Hotel rooms are clean and big and food was ok ok and parking [P] service is not good for bikes

The hotel service is pathetic. Stayed for 2 weeks. No service on time. Breakfast and dinner was included but i had to ask them several times to be served. And sometimes, the food didn't arrive at all. No one at the front desk that can help. No room cleaning until asked for, and in spite of that the bed sheets were never changed. Toiletries not replaced. Restaurant number does not work. The front desk or the service personnel cannot understand simple requests.

Can't be a better place as far as value for money is concerned. Team members are very welcoming and helpful round the clock. Though it has limited inventory but if you are in Srinagar & looking for budgeted accomodation then this is the place. Go for it!

For whatever service u ask they will end up saying it's finished or just finished No Toothbrush , No Soaps , No Chicken- only gravy Highly Suggest - Not to go Stay in guest house They don't know how to run hotel - it's actually mall Don't get deceived by high rates - They charge in MMT but it's absolutely non sense Hotel

Dear All, For your reference ! We have boycotted the Grand Mumtaz Hotels & Radisson Hotels J&K from today onwards because of follow reason. We have confirmed the rates over the phone and confirmation has been sent on those rates only. We have also received the written confirmation on the same rates, but after weeks' time they called us saying that those rates are not valid and we are releasing your booking. As you all know it is not at all possible to change the rates after confirming the booking especially when you are dealing with b2b agents. That show us how unethical & unprofessional people are sitting at backend, also there is email spoofing from their end which is totally unacceptable from the brand like Grand Mumtaz & Radisson Hotels. Due to which there is a big question mark on the trust factor for this brand which they are carrying Radisson Hotels and Resorts. Even we had word with their Sr. Vice President - Sales & Marketing of Grand Mumtaz Hotels Mr. Habibullah, who has denied their written confirmation which we have received on email and that was shocking for us. They are mentally harassing their travel partners who are continuously dealing with them and supporting them in there tough times. Note: I request you all to avoid dealing with such hotels in future.
