Location of the hotel is good and it is much needed in Itanagar. Aesthetically pleasing, the decor and furnishing speaks of good taste. But there is no elevator, There is a small restaurant. Reasonably priced awesome veg food served steaming hot. Rooms n washrooms are clean, but not the linen. Before checking the guest, no system for checking whether the TV, fridge etc are functional and a complete set of crockery.

Great location, really nice and clean room. The staff at this property are all great! The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. Would definitely stay there again. Anyway 6 months ago now it's great.
Pros: location. Clean bed. Cons: over priced. Charged us 3130/- for the room picture below. No balcony or anything. Ac worked after we created a ruckus in the reception. We had 3 more rooms. Geyser wasn't working and AC too in 2 of them. food overpriced too. Never going to stay there again. Better stay in arun subansiri in the opposite.
Only reason for giving even two star is location and room furnishings, everything else is very very disappointing. We were given a room with unchanged bed linen, the soap used by previous guest is not removed, the handshower press handle is broken l, the smell in bathroom is abominable. They even don't have credit card payment facility. Management needs to wake up and run it beter.
Good hotel with neat and clean ambiance.But, Menu is not updated and have to bear extra price in check out.
