Very bad experience. These people don't know how to talk and how to behave with customers. They will just give you room in exchange for money. They don't care about anything else. They gave me room for 3 hours for 1000 rupees. For a room that have broken ac without remote and fan doesn't work. And if you talk about amenities? What are those? Don't go here better go somewhere else this is the worst place you can visit. Useless and nonsense place. Don't go here
Rooms are not clean and ha having smell in them . No drinking water , no hot water and no lift.
Long wait for hot water no light in bathroom and no light in power plug. You cannot charge your Mobile in room. Very bad smell in blanket.
The place and locality is good. Receptionist is very polite and friendly and always ready to help. Often cracks jokes to keep you fresh and smiling. Loved his hospitality. However, rent price is on a bit higher side considering the rooms and space. Overall good experience.
reached hotel just before 12...had booking which I have done trough makemytrip for 3 days...already paid for...on arrival had to face rudest unprofessional people...we are family of 4(2+2). hotel refused to give us room..we shouted on by 3 big guys.said to pay extra for underaged kids. after arguing we agreed...then hotel refuse even to give us room on the basis of our "bad" behavior...refused to cancel booking also...there was a lot of arguing and police involvement..... finally they cancel the booking...so we can get our refund.. 1. horrible dirty hotel 2. unprofessional uneducated staff would not recommend to anybody.. even son of the owner behaved like his staff...HORRIBLE

The room is booked on your name on paper but someone else is living there so god save you if in case any anti-social thing is happening there. Chairs were broken. Smoked cigarettes were lying on bed and floor. Bedsheets were filthy. Even the locks on the door were broken. Tv was not working.
