Am from tamilnadu in make my trip it made booking mistakenly..So I asked refund in make my trip they called to hotel but hotel told we will give refund it's been 4 days they still didn't refund ..
There are many hotels in the vicinity of the Bhubaneshwar railway station and this one is just one them. By the way it is close only to Platform 6 and a taxi trip to Platform 1 will take approximately 15 mins. during rush hours. While the location is good the services on offer are just about average. The rooms are stuffy and the windows open to some very ordinary views. The room I was alloted was right opposite a spa operating in the hotel and thus there was constant banter that I could overhear. The food is decent but nothing extraordinary. The price is okey dokey. All in all if you need to spend a night in Bhubaneshwar on a business trip and don't want to pay through your nose this may just be the place for you. However I would not want to bring my family in over here.

As a 2star hotel, the facilities they offered is very good. Resturant is also available there along with hotel stay which is best part. The food quality is also quite good.

Only positive thing is the hotel is located near Bhubaneshwar Station and they provide free WiFi service. House keeping, Room Service, Restaurant Service all are poor. The staff can't even communicate properly. Except Odiya they can't communicate well in Bengali, Hindi or English. The food served in the restaurant is good along with the quantity. But the price is a bit high in regards with other nearby restaurants. If you have complementary food then it's fine.
A good place to stay with family and friends but they don't have a good restaurant.
