Wonderful and friendly people, warm hearts and hospitality. Loved the way they had resolutions to every problem. Rooms were good cozy. Exceptional service offered by Nasir Ahmed. Anything asked was directly provided to us ASAP. Happy with overall experience.

A good, business class kinda hotel in Srinagar city. The staff is friendly, and eager to help. The location is ideal as it is close to the beautiful Zero Bridge. To the management, if you are reading this - keeping tea/coffee sachets in the room would be a nice touch - as you already have kettle in the rooms.

Stayed there for one night, very basic and average hotel, our room was very small but it had the necessary items like luggage rack, mirror, kettle etc. Washroom seemed a little dirty but it had geyser ( the control of that was outside of our room though) which they switched on on our arrival. Breakfast was very very basic and tasteless. Also they did not have information about where our breakfast was included in our package ( which it was) and kept on asking of the same multiple times. This got sorted later but left a bad impression. PS. the location is far from Dal Lake but nearby there is an wooden bridge (zero Bridge) on Jheelam river which is very scenic.

This hotel in Srinagar was not a very good experience. The location is good but the rooms don't have any see-through windows which makes it too suffocating. The service is also poor in terms of courtesy and promptness while dealing with guests Food is also below average

Best place to stay in Srinagar friendly staff and the hotel is at prime location . Such a good experience staff was so nice n humble..

Very nice stay. Staff was very polite and cooperative. Rooms were very cozy. Air Conditioner was there for heating purpose.

Beautiful and decent rooms. Staff services were good. All the services were great. Cleanliness was good. Food was good. If you are staying in srinagar this is one of the best hotel I'll recommend because the location is great all the things are close to this hotel. I went there with my family and it was over all the best experience!

Room were good, kettle to make tea or coffee is there but they don't provide you Tea coffee sachet and when we ask for that in another room we saw that why Don't you provide us ,their reply was hilarious they said those people carry them with their own Sachet of tea coffee sugar everything at their home.. And one more incident The restaurant staff is different as they said that I hv 1 yr old baby so I daily order 2 times milk to the restaurant and request them to wash my child bottle they provide me milk but refused to wash bottle and give me a suggestion to wash myself in BATHROOM 'S WATER... THIS IS THEIR COURTESY I stay their 4 days really getting moodoff by the hotel management.....
