Their contact number on Google doesn't work. Two star given because of the location of the hotel. It's at an amazing location considering you want to be in the centre of chandigarh. Some points for the helping staff and floor Cleaniness. Everything goes for a toss when you enter the rooms and see the conditions.........
No problems as such, just that the bathroom was very old and archaic. Didn't get great vibes from the room. Otherwise, no issues.

You can enjoy a basic stay here. It is priced very perfectly. We stayed here for 8-10hrs as our flight and road trip had a few hours gap. The manager is very humble and helpful.
The manager called me on after i gave my review, and asked me that why i wrote my review of the hotel in google reviews. Now we can't even share our thoughts about the place. Tone of the manager while treating guest is demanding. Even before the check-in he kept asking for the room payment. Also being a hotel in prime Chandigarh location, one would expect that hotel would keep swipe machine in check and working condition, if customer wants to pay by card ,which is the safest transaction method by the way. But they didn't even had a working swipe machine as well. Its clear that they not care about the guests, only, there for the money.
I had checked late in the night and front office manager was waiting for me coz I had intimated him prior. It was a comfortable stay there and i would like to revisit soon. Thank you Rooms are near and clean. centrally located , prime location.
A nice and clean place to stay. It's in one of the most happening markets in Chandigarh. Name any of y ok r favourite food outlet and you have it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service is great. We had a pleasant stay. Would recommend to friends
If you are planning to visit Chandigarh for business purpose its a good hotel to stay in. It is a little tedious to walk up to the reception as its on the 1st floor, carrying too much luggage can be a nuisance, but don't worry, the hotel staff will help you with that. Room size was OK for a single person. Bathrooms are spacious (I would like that). Food services are available and quality of the food is good, not much complaints there. However i felt that the prices of food was above premium, could have worked on the prices a little. Had a pleasant stay at this hotel.
