This was the second time I booked this hotel on my visit to bhubaneswar as this is nearer to my work location,but both the time I repented on my decision. first time I booked it in march'2022. Ac was not working and they mentioned that renovation work is going on,so there is issue in ac but promised to provide good service on nmy next visit.. but same ac condition this time too in 5th april-7th april'2023 stay..Ac was not cooling. Room was nice and clean. But they didn't provide toiletteries after asking for many times. And on second day breakfast was also worst.. It was alloo paratha with alloo for sake of name in it.. Just thick parathas and nothing else. As a couple there was no such issues there. Only thing was bit disturbing but that was for a while that was the sound of pub djs above the hotel.
The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and tidy. The restroom is clean and nice. Overall the hotel is maintained well and provides good response to it's customers. The hotel staff is also very helping and responsive. The complimentary breakfast provided was delicious and hygienic. Very satisfied and would stay again if I get a chance.
My initial visit was really properly taken care of. offered a comfortable room with fresh linens and a blanket The worst experience was being a frequent client in Middleton. When I arrived at around 11 p.m., they had already verified one of my reservations, but they had no rooms available. The bedsheets, blankets, and pillows were excessively filthy and unsanitary during my most recent visit. ever the worst experience. Never would I choose to arrange my subsequent stay in Middleton
The hotel staff are very polite and humble and their CEO called me and asked me about the stay that it was comfortable or not and she was very humble and very sweet.. I would recommend you to please stay here as they have best rooms and best service.... Highly recommended... This stay will make your trip in bhubaneswar a easy stay. The experience was really good. The location is perfect to stay.. Specially I appreciate their rooms decor, Mainly they concern about the hygiene and cleanness. Rooms are well decorated. food and drinks are also very much hygienic. Service was really preety good. All staffs are very much friendly specially the Receptionist @Deepti Mam.
