Very small size room too old furniture
I stayed here for a night, but they charged for two days.
I came to the hotel early, 7 AM and asked for an economical room, but they said their hotel doesn't have any rooms as such; since I had luggage with me, I agreed to stay in the premium room for a night. Besides, I informed them that I would leave the following day. The next day, I was charged for two days. With a heated argument, I realized that they have economic rooms but took advantage of my situation.
Bathroom ventilation not available, we stayed in top floor, it was too hot and when you move out of room, hotel staff switch off the AC, in night also they switch off the AC, switched on when called, staff is not supportive and polite. Worst experience in my life.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ..THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION THEY CHARGE ME 3000 PER DAY ...EARLIER THEY SAID ..2400 PER DAY ..FOOD IS VERY OILY ...PLS DONT GO IN THERE HOTEL THIRD CLASS
It's a budget hotel with good facilities, whold like to suggest for stay ,, Near to railway station, only 2.6 km away from Gawalior railway station. 24*7 check in and check out time , ,,that good for customer.
