Location good,room size good . Maintenance of the hotel is very poor, Cleanliness naam ki to koi cheej hi nahi hai,taps ,cisterns leaking, drainage pipes have leakage,Owener of the hotel is very rude .
Toilet not clean, phone doesn't work, geyser not working, blanket not clean. Only the location is positive

Can't tell anything about it's worst service, room conditions & rate.Some receptionists are very unfriendly. Not a single day in three days stay,I rooms were cleaned. Bathroom condition was very wretched. Basin was broken. Water was overflowing in the floor. No intercom facility was there. I suggest everyone not to book a single room before visiting physically. Experience of staying at Mayur Hotel at Guahati ,Assam insisted me to book online. But reputation of Mayur Hotel doesn't anyhow match with this fourth grade branch at Haridwar .
Horrible hospitality. They will behave like they have done favour by giving you a room. They are like rehna hai toh raho nahi toh jaao. Zero recommendation if you are going with family.
It is very near to har ki Pauri. Also they have lift facility. Rooms are also very clean.
It was shocking I would say. My worst experience in my lifetime. Wrong Pic of the hotel has been uploaded to lure innocent travellers. The person should be sued. The rooms were too shabby and there were gutka and spitting marks all over in washroom. AC and Geyser were not working. The staff was not cooperative and didn't clean even when requested many times. When. I complained to The manager he started arguing He was too rude and arrogant. Would advise never to book this hotel.
Before booking the hotel, the hotel owner sent me some pics n videos which looks good. Then I booked n when I went there it was really disgusting. The room was too small n Unhygienic. That Room n toilet smells so strong and pungent, toilet basin was black n bathroom was too much dirty n slippery. I wished that I could finish in a second and take that dump in two seconds. When I asked to clean the Bathroom, one guy came with Phenyl n spread, he didn't even clean it. The bedroom was awful smell n I could not sleep at night due to the stinky smell of the room, bad smell of the bed and comforters. The hotel employees were too rude n uncivilized. They don't know how to behave with the customers. Everything is bad about this hotel, think twice if you guys are planning to go to this hotel and if you are planning your trip with a tour agency, don't trust them!!
