Hotel Maurya Royal - Hotel in Sasaram - Rohtas, India

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was large with good furniture, Nice Bathroom, Although AC was very Noisy. I had to ask for a bucket, toilet kit, towel, slippers, bed mat etc 3-4 times. It was supposedly a deluxe room and they charged me way extra than their original rate that is printed in the hotel building. Check-In and check out experience was nice. They let me check in at 08 am, which was very nice of them. But for the payment of 2500 per night, there wasn't even a complimentary water bottle. I asked for a bottle of water, and I had to pay for that at the time of check out. Also, There was a complimentary breakfast included, that I didn't get. Summary: Hotel is nice but service and staff is not.

Poor unhygienic rooms. Try not to stay here, reviews seems fake. Booked through goibibo and reality was different from photos. Staff not cooperating. Pathetic.

Hotel rooms/floors and public areas are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants. The hotel has In-Room Dining options available with minimal contact service and disposable/sanitized crockery & cutlery. Hotel staff ensures to maintain social distancing at all times. Every guest's travel records are maintained as per local and central Government of India guidelines. While working with supplier and contractors hotel complies with health advisories and Government guidelines.

The room service of this hotel is very good and all the serving staff but the behavior of the receptionist is very bad and very egoistic and very rude. I'm very disappointed for her way if talking

They fool people I Booked a room for 2 days at the time of check-in they just said your booking is not acceptable with showing any notice and the chapri staff. They don't have respect how to talk with customers. Specially all staff told I am the manager nd the girl who don't know the abc of hotel hospitality bty last line is applicable to all staff. If any body go to there don't book any room in this property specially in exam time. Every online booking they deny and said talk to app customers where you booking. F....O... You guys are frauds you don't have any respect of your customers how to treat with them you just scam creator making customers to book there room direct front desk instead of online. While your property is 3rd class and value of your room and your area is less than 300 and by making fool of customers you guys loot 3000 for a 3rd class less than 300rs room and negetive rating staff.

I was there 24 to 26 August for my examination...I booked my hotel by Agoda app...but when I went there...they say I can not provide you room because we have already given to another person...I was shocked because I had alreday paid by UPI...and first and all the staff members look like illiterate they don't know anything...even though how to talk customer...very bad experience...till date I have not get my refund...

It's truely nice room & service it's very best. So please check it once more

100% Not recommended All 5star rating you saw it's not given by Customers..... The Receptionist will take your Mobile, and she will rate as 5 with a good comment before you check in to the room.... and Service you have to ask for water several times, then you get. If you order some food, they will ask to pay the bill when the food is delivered... Khana bad me khana... pehele reception me jake Payment karke aana.... What an experience 1st time in my life ....
