The stay was quite comfortable. Matress, linen toiletries etc. were very clean.A/C & TV were in operational condition. The only limitation was that the normal health pipe was not installed. It's worth the money paid.

I stayed here last week for a single day.This is a well maintained property with cosy and clean rooms. The hospitality, taste and quality of food are awesome. Moreover, the hotel is budget friendly and located in a peaceful area nearby Bikaner Railway Station.I would love to stay here in future also.

There are no good facilities for the drivers, no good beds and no cleanliness in the washrooms. And the cleanliness in the kitchen is also not perfect and neither do the workers live with cleanliness.

The interior of the rooms and services are good. But.. (1) Leaking water from shower The water continuously leaks from the shower which is inconvenient. (2) Warm water supply Warm water supply in our room was not available. They didn't mention it earlier, in the morning when we asked he told us about the flaw. He gave us another room just for shower. He should checked all the points before providing the room. (3) Low water flow The flow of the water is very low. (The jet and the warm water tap).

Staff is very polite, service is excellent. Location is approachable. Rooms are clean. All over I liked this hotel.

Rooms and room service is good in the hotel. I stayed here for one night very comfortably. There is a restaurant near the check in desk at ground floor. The rooms are clean and hygienic. The food served here is also satisfying. I observed lot of tourists visiting this hotel for stay. The place is appropriate for family and business purpose visits and stays. I recommend this hotel as it is located in a calm place and is nearby to railway station.
