I took room for 2 days. Rooms are decent and staffs behaviour is very good. And view from hotel is also amazing. If I say about food, it is tasty but little bit costly. They have separate floor for food and bar that is amazing but if family and kids comes will get to hear abusive from other drunk customers because they talk louder that is not good.

Let me start by saying that my experience at Hotel Mall Palace was far from satisfactory. The lack of hygiene was evident throughout the premises, which left me feeling quite disappointed. Moreover, I encountered a few instances of rude behavior from the staff members, which further added to my frustration during my lunch. I strongly advise against wasting your precious time by choosing this establishment for your food and accommodation needs.

I have stayed in this place twice and although I went for the most economical room as a good night was what I needed before continuing my journey, I found the rooms and washroom decently clean and moderately priced as well. I loved the bar though, as well as food options and quality.

Rooms were reasonable. Service was good. Very disappointed with the restaurant. The service there was very poor...they didn't know how to make cocktails..food was also not good.. Chicken 65 was something different.. pomfret tandoori was anything but tandoori. Not even sure if the fish was pomfret.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Location is also fine. Facilities are up to the mark.

The tastefully furnished rooms are well-equipped with all the amenities you could need, topped off with the most comfortable beds and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. Now on to the food - delicious! The hotel's restaurant serves some of the best local cuisine we've had in Pithoragarh. It was a culinary delight and we found ourselves indulging in our favourite dishes time and time again. Breakfast was outstanding too, with a variety of fresh and delicious dishes to choose from. The rooftop bar was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring. The bar area is stylish and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. We sipped on some of the best cocktails in town while enjoying the chilled out atmosphere and the hospitality of the staff. Speaking of staff, the hotel's employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Their kind and warm attitude really made us feel welcome and at home. Overall, Hotel Mall Palace is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Pithoragarh. The prime location, comfortable wooden rooms, excellent food, safe car parking and rooftop bar add up to a truly wonderful experience. Plus, the prices were very affordable too, providing excellent value for money. We highly recommend this hotel with no hesitation!

Completely unhygienic. Rude behaviour of staff. Overpriced hotel and roadside disturbing vehicle horn sound, pathetic food.. don't try their worst biryani... Don't waste your precious time and money

The hotel is located in the market of Pithoragarh district because beautiful it is very good where tourists take night rest the food here is very tasty. Various types of food items are available here The room here is very clean and beautiful, where all kinds of facilities are available.
