Heritage Hotel also PWD rest house. I stayed there for one day and online booked through PWD rest house kerela. Budget friendly option for govt employees, 500rs for AC room per day. The room was very good and cleanliness was maintained. Good parking space.. Friendly staff. One Veg restaurant Annagauri in the complex. Very good and delicious and budget friendly food available there. A walkable distance from Aluva railway station and bus stand.

Spacious room, pure veg food which is good - we had breakfast only - service was fast. Overall- property is a bit old looking but functional. Room service is non existent but quick if you ask for stuff.

Excellent service, we had both masala dosa and gheeroast, also tea and coffee. It was really good. We had a really good time there. Special shout out to staff out there, we had a great time there.. Thankyou... Pls carry liquid cash with you since gpay is not accepted there.

Arrived late for lunch. Missed Kerala meals. But one of the staff was very helpful and offered to serve chappathi and north indian dishes. Food was really good. 5 stars for the paneer curry and the staff who was really courteous

It's a five minute drive from Aluva bus station and railway station. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are clean as well. But it's not that grand. Worth the money though. A/c and non A/c rooms are available. There is a food court in the complex. But the menu they offer is not that wide. Overall it's a good place to stay for a day or two.

Horrible place to stay. Best is to stay away from this hotel. Stayed in a heritage room charges are 2500/-. But pathetic rooms. The room locks just come off. Cheap leaking Plastic bathroom fittings speak volumes about the interest the management takes. The worst part is my interaction with the person at the reception. Not interested in your problems, on the contrary wants to insult you. Pl for gods own country's sake avoid this place... Most of the facilities shown in the website are not available. This hotel is only for a special class of people whom they provide the best rooms. Once again pl avoid... Another good news no complimentary breakfast

Its an old heritage hotel, seems once a pwd rest house. AC room was good enough and well maintained though the property was quite old. Good meals they serve in non veg restaurant. Lot of parking available. Walkable distance from Railway station and bus station.
