Extremely bad experience at this hotel! Except the outside look of the hotel and its palace like look, there is absolutely nothing good in this hotel. The staff doesn't respond on time, the quality of food is pathetic, the service is absolutely not what you would expect in a hotel which claims to be a 3-star hotel. Further, the rooms are extremely unclean, you may find spiders crawling with you while you are asleep. The bathrooms do not drain. Overall, if you are spending so much money on a hotel room, better book it somewhere else and not here!

Staying in this hotel was a bad experience because of a staff named Rathore Singh. He approached to arrange vehicles for sight-seeing which I agreed as he was from the hotel. He turned out to be a cheat and a fraudster. His interest was only on how much he can earn from me abd nothing to fo with my families convenience. I was staying there from 22nd October to 24th October 2023. I hope this review is read by the management do such kind of employees are not kept.

Very bed expiration,no parking place, no washroom clin, no drivar room ,staf language very bed my experience Please gujrati no coming to mahadev veg palace

Did not pick call, so called super deluxe rooms are just average with ruined washroom doors. The kitchen closes so early, I cannot have food at night, even though it is written in menu, but it would have been nice if they told us while checking in.

Hotel Chandra Haveli is very nice and equipped with modern facilities and there is no word for the cleanliness of their room, it is a very good hotel for family, must give a chance to serve once...!!

Worst place ever the staffs are very unprofessional, talking as if they dont need business further and they really dont care what the customer thinks or wants. Didn't serve us lunch and dinner in our room. We booked a 2 night stay, they gave us 2 bottles of water the first day, gradually should give 2 more the next day. Instthey charged Rs50 for a tap water. We tried to complain but no one responded. We said we will write a bad review against you, the answer we got is 'apki marzi' Wont recommend anyone to book a room here.
